When inclusion doesn’t exist, diverse teams perform worse. How do we not just tolerate, but truly incorporate the diversity that exists? The purpose of the talk is to engage participants in GSA’s TTS/18F’s ethos and its approach to inclusion particularly among individuals who are widely underrepresented in technology.
